Growing with Los Angeles
South Los Angeles encompasses 60 square miles and continues to grow in both size and population. Currently, under construction are two new stadiums, home to the Los Angeles Futbol club and Los Angeles Rams. The 2028 Summer Olympics, commonly known as LA 2028, is a forthcoming international event that will be hosted in Los Angeles. Other current projects include “The New Blue” which is a collaboration between Metro and Los Angeles Department of Public Works to modernize Metro’s oldest and busiest rail. The Los Angeles Unified School District has also taken notice to the growth and has elected to invest $19.2 billion in school infrastructure and renovation programs to modernize school facilities.
Developments
Besides development in infrastructure the population continues expand as well. The Southern California Association of Governments predicts that by 2035, population in South LA will grow by about 43,000 residents, while Southeast LA will gain nearly 25,000 residents. Additionally, SCAG estimates that the two areas will see a combined 21,000 new jobs over the next two decades. In los Angeles county renters make up 53% of households. Our building are conveniently located adjacent to downtown Los Angeles and new proposed infrastructure creating a perfect opportunity for both homeowners and investors.
