Who We Are
City Wide Investment Group (“CWIG”) is a family owned and operated company that develops, constructs, owns, manages and sells residential housing units.
Our mission is to build the highest quality of affordable homes that provide a positive fiscal impact to both the community and individuals within them all while utilizing efficient and sustainable materials and designs. CWIG is one of the fastest growing developers in South Los Angeles in due part to its strong relationships with local brokers, builders, and overall awareness and knowledge of the growing environment.
Meet the Team
David Dunn
David is the founder of CWIG. With an extensive background in construction dating back to his early childhood, he is an integral part of the business in both in the office and the field. With over 35 years of construction experience, David has been able to perfect the art of craftsmanship.
Drew Dunn
Drew spent four years at the University of Southern California with a focus on real estate finance and valuations. He now helps City Wide with their operations, acquisitions and dispositions of assets.
Laura Sanchez
Laura recently joined the team to provide administrative support. She works alongside contractors and agents to help develop systems and strategies to maximize efficiency. Previously Laura worked in a law office managing distressed assets for 9 years. Currently, she oversees the daily office operations and provides support for project management.
Steven Padilla
An enthusiastic and hard-working property manager with 10+ years of experience. Steven joined CWIG to help with day-to-day property operations, enhance the value of the property, and ensure the team is positive and successful. She has a well-versed background ranging from affordable housing projects to high end mansions.
Bradley Landon
Bradley served 10 years in the United States Marine Corps which included multiple oversees tours. After leaving the Marines he turned his passion to real estate. Brad is recognized for his strong mid-western work ethic, integrity, and complete transparency in every aspect of his life. He helps CWIG to find development opportunities.
Bryce Dunn
Bryce recently joins CWIG operating in the field taking on the development side of the business. He is finishing up his bachelors degree in construction management and will be a valuable addition to the team and future success of the company.
Our Story
CWIG moved its business to Los Angeles in 2008 and has been a reliable cash buyer for over 17 years. City Wide is a second generation family owned and operated business dating back over 40 years. Before moving to Los Angeles they built homes in a number of areas ranging from North Los Angeles to San Diego. After the downturn in 2008, the company found a new home in Los Angeles and has called it home ever since.
